Luis Folan, MD

As an internal medicine provider for over twenty years and executive director of medical specialties for ten, Dr. Folan’s clinical approach is to partner with patients as their consultant to help them make the best healthcare decisions that work for them. He strives to provide the best care possible with thoughtfulness and compassion to all patients, regardless of their background or current condition.
Dr. Folan is Internal Medicine Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. In addition to his medical education at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, he completed his residency at the University of Washington, earned a BS from the University of San Francisco, and a Certificate in Classical Literature from the Saint Ignatius Institute. A practicing Catholic whose faith guides his moral compass, Dr. Folan is married and father to three children. He enjoys reading, travel, sports and staying active with running and other sports whenever he can.
Dolores Meehan, NP

Dolores’ goal of providing life-affirming care and a motivation to ease the anxiety and suffering of her patients has led her to develop an extensive and varied background in adult-gerontological acute care, vascular surgery, and family healthcare. She is also the Executive Director of Bella Primary Care.
Before completing her Advanced Practitioner credential and completing a post-grad fellowship in outpatient vascular surgery, Dolores worked for 11 years as an Acute Care registered nurse serving the underserved both locally and in rural Nigeria and Gabon, and seven years as a perioperative nurse in vascular surgery. In addition to her medical training for Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at the University of San Francisco, she also holds a BS in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University and a BA in Psychology from the University of California Berkeley.
Victoria Schneider, MD

With thirty-seven years of experience in pediatrics, Dr. Schneider is passionate about children and families and making sure that they are safe and supported by their doctor. Her goal is to partner with parents to provide excellent medical care and support to parents in making choices for their children’s health care that is rooted in Christ. In addition to pediatric care, Dr. Schneider has served many years as the state of Hawaii medical expert on child abuse prevention and treatment.
After earning an undergraduate degree from Princeton University, Dr. Schneider attended Johns Hopkins Medical School followed by a pediatric residency at the University of California San Francisco. She is a member of the American College of Pediatricians and the Catholic Medical Association. Married for 42 years, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and four grandchildren. Swimming, reading, cooking and travel top her list of favorite pastimes.
Tammy Mahaney, DNP
Family Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Director

Dr. Mahaney is passionate about health and healing for all people, focusing on holistic-integrative health. She served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Nurse Corp leading national forces in healthcare settings. She has also received certification in the Advance Course with the American Board of Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (ABAIM). Dr. Mahaney has over 20 years of extensive nursing experience ranging from Medical/Surgical, Pediatric, Cardiology, Telemetry, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and worked in Los Angeles as the Gamma Knife Nurse collaborating with a specialized team of world-renowned neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, physicists, and radiation oncologists in helping patients with brain tumors.
Dedicated to building communities, Dr. Mahaney volunteers in women’s health clinics in Las Vegas, NV and Oakland, CA that focus on empowering and educating underserved minority women. She has also taken this zeal for medical service into global health medical mission work in Nicaragua, Tanzania, Vanuatu, El Salvador, and Ecuador.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Mahaney homeschooled her six children and taught classes to her children and other families for 20 years. She and her husband volunteer as music teachers at an adult special needs facility their oldest son attends and her family volunteers together at Shelter Inc. to cook and serve families transitioning from homelessness.
